Our whole body is made of chemical elements that were either synthesised at the very beginning of the Universe, or made inside a long-dead star. In this embodied practice, we’ll embark on a tour of your body, exploring how the different parts are made of chemical elements that were created inside different kinds of stars and supernovae.
