This is a practice for a cloudy night, ideally with some left-over light from sunset or before sunrise, from light pollution, or from the moon.
Just because it’s cloudy, it doesn’t mean you can’t still do some mindful stargazing. Instead of getting frustrated with the clouds, what might it be like to become interested in the clouds themselves? In this practice, you’ll be guided through a meditation on cloud-gazing. If gaps in the clouds appear, then I’ll encourage you to see these as windows through which we’re gifted brief glimpses of the stars behind.
